Dressage Divas to the fore in first TB-only Dressage League

Our first ever TB Dressage League finished with a flourish as Cass Foley topped both classes with her beloved Rodney (Eoghan’s Delight). The winning prize for each class was a Pivo Silver pack and Cass has kindly passed her Novice winning prize on to the 2nd-placed Becky Grimes. Congratulations to both and happy filming!
Connolly’s RED MILLS have also kindly provided vouchers for 1st, 2nd 3rd for 2 bags of Horse Care ULTRA and 15% discount off Foran Equine and Carr Day Martin products.
The ‘MOST IMPROVED’ combination has been judged as Jenny O’Brien Murphy who competed for the three weeks and she wins a €50 VOUCHER for the new store Connolly’s RED MILLS.
One of the surprises has been the turnout of young TB riders and we wanted to recognise the youngest competitor, Eve Doyle, daughter of Claire Goodwillie, who is just 11 and had only hopped on ‘Berry’ just prior to this league. A pair to keep an eye on we think. A small token on it’s way!  A quarter of all the riders in this league were under 21, suggesting that the right tempered animals can easily be handled by these talented young riders.  Here’s Leah Rumble pictured on her uncle, Eric Larkin’s former charge, Carrigaloe.
CONGRATULATIONS to all our competitors who will receive @centrepiecerosettes soon, so please send us your addresses.
Finally a reminder to encourage any TB owners you know to REGISTER with www.treoeile.com/register to avail of prizes throughout the season.
That’s a wrap!
