The Treo Eile Christmas Show will take place at Emerald Equestrian Centre on Thursday December 12th, 2024. The event, which is a celebration of thoroughbreds in their second career, promises to be an action-packed day of fun, competition, and festive excitement for the entire equestrian community.
The show which includes the HRI Treo Eile Thoroughbred Classic, where last year’s winning team members return to defend their title against a host of new challengers eager to take home the Horse Racing Ireland Perpetual Cup. Featuring a stellar line-up of equestrian stars, this team competition showcases the versatility of retrained thoroughbreds, with teams captained by top names in the horse racing, eventing and show jumping industries.
In addition to the main event, the show offers two Thoroughbred Discovery Classes at 80cm and 90cm, open to anyone registered with Treo Eile who owns a thoroughbred. There will also be the delightful Pony Christmas Cracker 80cm class, adding more thrills to the festive atmosphere.
The evening promises even more excitement with the spectacular Parade of Champions and other surprises yet to be announced.
