Treo Eile is delighted to announce our next clinic taking place at the Ballindenisk, Co Cork with Rose Ahern O’Gorman and Gerald Bloomer. This clinic is kindly sponsored by Randox Health Ireland.
This will run across on the 17th July and will commence at 4.30pm. The clinic with cater for thoroughbreds beginning their training right up to the thoroughbred in competition.
Attendees can book a flatwork and a show jumping lesson to maximise their evening if they wish.
There will be three groups with each coach as follows:
- Early Flatwork Training with Rose Ahern O’Gorman (4.30pm)
- 2 x Flatwork with Rose Ahern O’Gorman (5.30pm & 6.30pm)
- 80cms Jumping with Gerald Bloomer (4.30pm)
- 90cms Jumping with Gerald Bloomer (5.30pm)
- 1m Jumping with Gerald Bloomer (6.30pm)
About Gerald:
Gerald Bloomer is a highly respected Irish equestrian coach and former international competitor. He is the only person in Ireland to hold Horse Sport Ireland (HSI) Level 3 coaching qualifications in both dressage and eventing.
A former European Young Rider Dressage Championship competitor and gold medalist at the World University Equestrian Championships in Tokyo, Bloomer has transitioned into a successful coaching career. He now trains riders nationwide and works with organizations like Eventing Ireland as a Youth coach and is playing a key role in developing Ireland’s equestrian talent.
About Rose:
Rosemarie was first introduced to horses on the family farm and began formal riding lessons at the age of three.
Rosemarie believes strongly that with horses you never stop learning and as a result has continued her professional development by working her way through her British Horse Society Accredited Professional Coach exams. Most recently she was awarded her BHSI, Performance Dressage Coach.
Dressage and showing have always been Rosemarie’s passion and she has represented Ireland in Dressage at Young Rider level. In the showring she has had success across a wide range of classes at such prestigious shows as Royal Dublin and Royal Windsor.

The cost to book a place is €30.
You can book a flatwork and a show jumping lesson with the same horse.
