Rosemary is renowned Irish Sport Horse breeder, producer and trainer. She has successfully bred notable horses for the show ring, hunting field and eventing scene and is an avid promoter of the Irish Sport Horse.
She is a multiple record holder at the RDS Horse Show in Dublin. She has bred and produced winners for the Young Event Horse League, as well as claiming in-hand titles such as the Breeders Championship.
Rosemary regularly judges in the show ring throughout Ireland and the UK, either as a ride judge or on the ground, assessing conformation. She has judged across the UK for shows such as the Royal Highland, HOYS and the Longines Royal International Horse Show.
When Rosemary is not training or teaching, she also splits her time as specialist flatwork trainer at the well-known racing yard of Henry de Bromhead. Sizing Europe winning the Queen Mother Champion Chase and Sizing Australia for the Glenfarclas Cross Country Chase have been just some of the highlights of her schooling at the race yard.
Rosemary is also a firm advocate for the retraining of ex-racehorses, proving that these horses can be re-schooled for many other disciplines. Riding Piri Wango, she won the final of the IHWT Thoroughbred Club Show Series Qualifier for retired racehorses in 2017 that took place at Tattersalls Ireland. They went on to place third at ROR Aintree Supreme Championships in 2017.
