Therese Murphy is a neuromuscular and orthopaedic specialist in horses and for the last 11 years has been working in an injury rehab and therapy capacity via her Equine-Ed business.  Her speciality is equine rehabilitation and injury analysis and she runs a range of courses on equine related topics.

Alongside she also retrains thoroughbreds and rehomes them finding a wide variety of homes.  

Once a home has been found she provides a short training course to allow the learner to have greater insight into the injuries and conditions of a racehorse that can affect their future new career,  many of which are manageable with the proper care. This results in longevity for the ex-racehorse, enhanced health and wellbeing and the chance of improved performance and to excel in a new career.
